An IDX feed (standing for Internet Data Exchange) is an interactive module that reflects the listings on the MLS. When putting this module on your website, your clients may interact with the listings you choose to show on your IDX feed and may contact you when they find a listing they are interested in. RETS IDX Feed

Cost: $200 setup fee and $20/month

IDX Vendor Cost: IDX vendor/website fee (depends on the IDX vendor you chose)

This is the most popular choice for IDX feeds. The RETS feed lets brokers select a public view search of MLS listings implemented onto your website page. The setup must be done with a IDX vendor, who will likely set up your website, implement the IDX feed and help you customize your IDX feed options. Payment

You will include your setup fee payment in the application process on Appendix F. If you have a RETS feed, we bill your monthly payment at the beginning of every year. Please double-check with your office if you are paying your IDX feed or if the office is.
