REALTOR Membership
Licensed real estate agents pay the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®), Oregon REALTORS® and Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® annual dues. These dues are prorated depending on your joining date. If you have already paid REALTOR dues for the current year at a different association, you will need to include a letter of good standing. This application is for members joining just the REALTOR® Association who hold MLS membership elsewhere.

MLS Only Membership
The following applications are for real estate agents who are active members of another REALTOR® association in Oregon and wish to join the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon (MLSCO). Note: Your office and Managing Brokers must be members of the MLSCO for you to join as an individual.
Office Membership
In order for an office to hold a COAR or MLSCO membership, the Designated REALTOR® must hold a membership with the COAR or MLSCO. In addition to filling out one of the applications above, your Designated REALTOR® must fill out and pay the Office Application Fee.
Additionally, if you have agents in your office that are not joining MLSCO as well, you will need to fill out their names on the Subscription Waiver Form.
Transfer Offices or Cancel Membership
Transfer: Your new managing principal broker needs to fill out the Designated Realtor Authorization Form and sign. There is a $75 fee to transfer offices and pay your $60 monthly MLS membership fee. Cancel Membership: To cancel your COAR and/or MLSCO membership, your Managing Broker will have to remove you from the office roster with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and then inform This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Please note that annual REALTOR® dues and joining fees are non-refundable.
Unlicensed Assistant
For an Unlicensed Assistant to help out with MLSCO Listing input or access MLSCO, please have them join. To have an unlicensed assistant, it is a $15 monthly fee.
Assistant to Individual Broker:
An Assistant to an Individual Broker may allow an assistant to enter the system using their own password to perform searches and generate reports on behalf of their Broker via Agent ID sharing. They have full rights except for inputting rights.

Administrative Assistant:
An Administrative Assistant is directly employed by the Managing Principal Broker is allowed to input listings after taken a class and we have received a written/typed message from the principal broker that says they may input listings. Along with being able to enter and change listings, they may also input sales, attach documents and perform other assigned functions on the MLSCO system on behalf of the Managing Principal Broker for the entire office.
