 This form is for REALTORS® licensed in another state and would like to practice Real Estate in Oregon - you must be active with your local state association.

2022 Member Application Out of State COAR + MLS

Affiliate members are individuals in fields that provide goods and services for the real estate industry, homeowners, buyers, and sellers. As an affiliate member of the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (COAR), you'll have a built-in source of business leads and prospects.

  • ·Attend and sponsor COAR meetings and events.

  • ·Participate in local  MLS tour meetings in Bend, La Pine, Madras, Prineville, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver.

  • ·Request monthly rosters of local REALTORS® and offices emailed to you with a list of new members.

  • ·Participate in and sponsor COAR’s Continuing Education classes.

  • ·Serve on COAR Committees.  Committee applications for the following year’s committees are available each fall.

 Affiliate Membership Application

In order for an office to hold a COAR or MLSCO membership, the Designated REALTOR® must hold a membership with the COAR or MLSCO. In addition to filling out one of the applications above, your Designated REALTOR® must fill out and pay the Office Application Fee.

Additionally, if you have agents in your office that are not joining MLSCO as well, you will need to fill out their names on the Subscription Waiver Form.

For an Unlicensed Assistant to help out with MLSCO Listing input or access MLSCO, please have them join. To have an unlicensed assistant, it is a $10 monthly fee.

Assistant to Individual Broker:

An Assistant to an Individual Broker may allow an assistant to enter the system using their own password to perform searches and generate reports on behalf of their Broker via Agent ID sharing. They have full rights except for inputting rights.

Administrative Assistant:

An Administrative Assistant is directly employed by the Managing Principal Broker is allowed to input listings after taken a class and we have received a written/typed message from the principal broker that says they may input listings. Along with being able to enter and change listings, they may also input sales, attach documents and perform other assigned functions on the MLSCO system on behalf of the Managing Principal Broker for the entire office.


Unlicensed Assistant Form

Transfer: Your new managing principal broker needs to fill out the Designated Realtor Authorization Form and sign. There is a $75 fee to transfer offices.  Depending on the time of month you may also need to pay $45 for MLS dues.

Cancel Membership: To cancel your  COAR and/or MLSCO membership, your  Managing Broker will have to remove you from their roster with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and then email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to inform us that your license is no longer active with their office.  For the office to receive credit for that month’s MLS dues, this will need to be done before the 10th of the month.  COAR dues are non-refundable.
