CE Class

The Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) is required by the Oregon Real Estate Agency every time a real estate agent renews their license (every 2 years) in the state of Oregon. It reviews the OREA's rules and regulations to be a real estate agent. The course changes as the Oregon legislature enacts new laws in regards to real estate.

The course is 3 CE. COAR offers the course every other month for free.

LARRC is not the same course as the NAR Ethics Course.
