Aside from the MLS/DOJ field ramifications and resulting business practice issues, Brokers and Managers have a myriad of other issues to deal with. Creating and identifying the right company policies to set reasonable standards and limit risk; Identifying and recruiting quality professionals that will do business legally and ethically while increasing the bottom line; creating and implementing systems for onboarding, training, mentoring, managing and coaching talent; choosing compensation models that make sense; devising working business plans and having a strategic long-range plan for the business, evaluating a workable strategy to build the business and have an exit strategy and so much more. Great session to get the wheels turning before the wheels come off the wagon.
