CE Class

Law and Rule (sometimes written as LARRC) is a required course for every license renewal and be submitted to the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA). The current cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.

Once you have participated in a class, keep your certificate in your files to submit to Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) when it is time for your license renewal.

Celebrate the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS (COAR) Political Action Committee and help raise funds to fight for and protect consumers and the local real estate industry. COARPAC's annual event recognizes the investments of COAR's REALTOR® members in COARPAC and serves as a major fundraising push for the fall elections.

COARPAC supports candidates who are REALTOR® Champions, leaders who understand the value and role of the local real estate industry, and the need for sound policies that support key areas such as housing supply, commercial real estate, private property rights, and small business. Your investment in COARPAC helps support these candidates' campaigns in critical races throughout our region. 

The Code of Ethics (sometimes written as COE) class is required every 3 years by the National Association of Realtors®. The current cycle is from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024
