Earthquakes, Landslides, Volcanoes, oh my! Geohazards in Central Oregon, 2 CE

Central Oregon's unique and spectacular landscape is a consequence of the Cascadia Subduction Zone, which creates earthquakes, volcanoes and steep landscapes. In this workshop, participants will learn about the geological setting of Central Oregon, the common geohazards that we face, and tools to assess the level of risk for a particular site, such as a prospective home.
