Buyer/Seller Counseling 3 CE

The contractual representation of clients all starts with a counseling and strategy session.  Buyers and Sellers need good reasons to hire an agent and this session will help real estate professionals explain what we can and can’t do by law, will and won’t do by office policy, must do according to the code of ethics and choose to do based on how we do our business.  There are way too many agents out there to choose from – what makes you different from everyone else?  How will you communicate your value and earn their business.  This session will help figure all of that out so that the listing and the buyer is yours to say no to!
