The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (COAR) is the voice of the real estate industry in Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Jefferson, Harney, Union, Wallowa, and Wheeler counties (excluding the portion that lies within the boundaries of the Warm Springs Reservation).COAR serves REALTORS® by maintaining ethical standards, providing continuing education, promoting the value of REALTORS®, and advocating on behalf of the real estate industry.
We, the Central Oregon REALTORS®, believe we can build better communities by supporting quality growth, seeking sustainable economies, and housing opportunities. With these values, we support the environment we cherish while protecting a property owner's ability to own, use, buy, and sell property.
Our Structure and Resources
The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS®, is comprised of the licensed REALTORS® located in Central and Eastern Oregon. We are affiliated with the Oregon Association REALTORS® (OAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). COAR has over 2500 active REALTORS® and approximately 100 affiliate companies.
In addition to a wide variety of member services, the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® also owns and operates the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon (MLSCO). The local MLS is governed by the MLS Policies and Procedures which are ratified by the COAR Board of Directors.
